All sorts of things can stimulate memories - smells, sounds, and objects can open doors to long forgotten parts of the past.
We have several memory boxes available for loan to groups or individuals, all of which have been designed to trigger memories and begin conversations. They are intended to be used alongside our other resources, but can also be explored independently. Boxes are available for up to one month on loan and can be collected from the museum, or the contents sent out by post.
